AccessPatch offers a full, unconditional refund to any customer who requests one within 14 calendar days of their original purchase date. No reason is required and no conditions apply.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email izajahmad@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request
  2. Include the email address used at purchase.
  3. We will confirm and process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method by Paddle.

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once we initiate your refund, Paddle will reverse the charge. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
